How this comp plan creates team leaders.
Have you ever been in a comp plan that offers a fast start bonus, matching bonuses, influencers bonuses, or even a diamond pool? Think of how selfish these types of comp plans can be. If your sponsor is chasing bonuses, are they really there to help you build your team? Not likely. In fact, these bonuses tend to create “zombie spillover members” that do nothing. Because of this, most of these members will experience very little commissions and drop out after just a few months. Sound familiar? What if I told you “The cause of failure has finally been eliminated” Would that spark your interest?
What if your sponsor’s earnings were based on your success instead of their success? This is exactly how the Follow the Leader comp plan works. This will disrupt the industry. Let’s not forget that this comp plan only requires a one-time fee and is self-funded if two members enter below you in your first month. Meaning, you use part of your profits to cover your future “expenses”. So no more out of pocket.
Example: You join a 2×5 matrix and you personally sponsor 14 members, which fills your first 3 levels. Commissions per member are $100. So you earn $200 from level 1 which auto upgrades you to Ambassador #2. In order to level up and earn from the 3rd level ($1,400 total), your level 1 and 2 members need to have enrolled 2 personal referrals each (now they’re qualified). This would upgrade you to Ambassador #3. This continues for the rest of the levels. Wouldn’t you do whatever it takes to help them build their team? This is the power of the Follow the Leader comp plan. No one gets left behind. (no more zombies). Only 62 members to complete your team, not thousands. What a relief!
So what’s the cost? The goal is for you to pay a one-time fee of $129 and then be self-funded from profits going forward. If you’re not in profit your second month, then the monthly cost to “hold” your spot is just $29. The comp plan will let you upgrade once you’re in profit. This prevents members from dropping out. What a great idea!
Leveling Up: This comp plan not only pays you 100 per member but also pays you on your team’s upgrades for each level. Think of this as having five separate monthly “memberships”, one for each level. Paid and earned monthly for each level. You get paid instantly as each of your levels qualifies. Your back office will have an option to level up automatically with your profits. Auto is the best way to manage your earnings.

What to earn more! The comp plan doesn’t end at 11,400 gross: Levels 6 through 10 have a yearly “membership” for 1,100.

The example above refers to the “Ambassador” training. The shopping mall reward points are also shared with the community down 20 levels. Levels will be unlocked as you upgrade.

Phase two starts after at least 15K people come in. That number could actually go higher but that is the number for now. You have explained Phase 1 perfectly. The explanation for Phase 2 will be a little more complicated for a lot of folks to get their heads around but in the end everyone will get it and will come with it IF they want to participate. As we now know ALL levels are optional but at your own risk of not staying in the plan!
